AquaShaping awards include custom cut brushed aluminum, laser engraved plate and your choice of 2 standard mattes. Brushed aluminum cut from one solid piece.
Cast Metal awards include cast metal object, laser engraved plate and your choice of 2 standard mattes.
Medallion framed awards include medallion framing, laser engraved plate and your choice of 2 standard mattes. Medallions not included.
Gallery pieces include original sculptured cast paper, Premium Molding, Front Matte, Middle Matte, Back Matte, Non-Glare Plexiglass, laser engraved plate. All Gallery pieces crated for safe shipping.
Good quality black and white Camera Ready art is required. Photocopies, business cards, letterheads, colored layouts etc will be subject to clean-up charges of $50.00 (c) per hour.
Artwork may be sent on disk or via e-mail in the following formats: CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps), or High Resolution Tiff file (600 dpi or greater). All fonts must be converted to curves (paths, outlines). Email: email@example.com
High resolution rastor or vector artwork is required. Rastor artwork can be sent as tiff, bitmap or jpeg and must be 300 dpi or greater. Vector artwork is preferred for all logos and text.
Photoshop files (.psd) should be sent with logos and text on separate layers. Solid coated PMS numbers are required for all logos to ensure the closest possible color match. If PMS numbers are not available, a hard copy of the artwork is required in order for us to provide an accurate color match.
Laser engraved plates included where shown. Engraving plates available in Gold, Silver, Black.

While standard colors usually suffice, occasionally specific PMS colors are required. Although we cannot guarantee an exact match, we are able to mix enamels to get as close as possible to your Pantone (PMS) color.
The service charge for Pantone color matching is $20.00 (c) per color. (Applies on repeat orders.)

All awards include your choice of 2 standard mattes (top/bottom). Gallery pieces include 3 mattes (top/middle/bottom).

A Paper Proof will be faxed/emailed for approval prior to production. Production cannot begin without receipt of an accepted Paper Proof.
If requested, a pre-production sample will be supplied. The sample item will be billed at regular prices, plus setup charges & shipping. $20.00 (c) run charge will apply.
Normal production time of Catalog Items is 5-6 working days from approval of artwork or sample (subject to Inventory availability). Colorfilled or hand painted awards and Custom Orders will take longer, depending on the Quantity & Complexity.
Shipments requested in less than 5 working days may be subject to an additional rush charge. Please contact Customer Service.
All shipments are FOB Buffalo, NY, 14227. Orders are shipped prepaid, with shipping charges added to the invoice.
Air shipments must be confirmed in writing.
Collect or 3rd Party Shipments are subject to $8.00 (G) Handling Fee. Accurate “Bill To” information required to avoid Chargebacks. Distributor responsible for all Chargebacks.
$15.00 (G) Fee will apply.
To ensure safe delivery by parcel carriers (UPS, Fedex etc), additional packaging is required. $6.00 (G) per shipping carton will be added to the invoice.
Where economical, larger orders will be packed and shrinkwrapped on a skid for maximum protection. $20.00 (G) per skid will be added to the invoice.
When an order is shipped to 2 or more destinations at the same time, a Split Shipment charge of $8.00 (G) per shipment will apply. Freight Charges not included. International Shipment charges (if applicable) will also apply.
Multiple identical shipments will be processed at the following discounted rates:
Courier Over-Packing Charge $6.00 (G) will apply. Freight Charges not included.
For discounted rates to apply, complete Drop Ship details must be supplied in Excel (.xls) format (Call Customer Service for template).

International Shipping Account to be provided. Any Chargebacks, Duties or Taxes may be billed to the Distributor up to 90 days or more (Service Charge $15.00 (G) will apply).
All costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be charged.
Each item will be carefully packed prior to shipment. However, due to the nature of the products, damage may still occur. All claims for damages must first be made with the carrier. Please notify our Customer Service department to arrange for replacements.
All award sizes and engraving sizes shown in this catalog are approximate.
Random samples will be billed at end column pricing. Credit (excluding freight costs) will be passed for all samples returned within 30 days. Please include a copy of your Invoice with returned samples.
A Spec Sample of any item in our catalog can be supplied. Please use regular pricing, setup charges and shipping. $20.00 (c) run charge per item will apply.

No return shipments will be accepted without prior approval. Blank Product approved for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
While every effort is made to maintain all items in inventory, we cannot be held responsible if any item is unavailable.
All liability for the proper use of logos or trademarks rest with the customer. We assume no liability for trademark or copyright disputes. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, any item produced by us, without any liability as to trademark or artwork rights. All logos shown in this catalog are for display purposes only. No endorsement of products should be implied.
Defects in materials and workmanship will be corrected without charge.
